Report my activities and progress to the Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) and to the Assistant Scoutmaster designated by the Scoutmaster at least once per month;

Actively collaborate with the designated Assistant Scoutmaster to take good care of the Troop's equipment;

Attend Troop Youth Leader training as specified by the Scoutmaster;

Attend at least 75% of all troop meetings and Patrol Leader Councils during my tenure as Quartermaster;

Attend at least 50% of all troop outings and service projects during my tenure as Quartermaster;

Inventory and organize the troop and patrol equipment;

Keep an updated list o all material in good working condition;

Determine with the designated Assistant Scoutmaster if purchase of new items or parts is necessary;

Issue troop equipment to scouts and ensure that it is returned clean and in good working condition;

Provide instructions on the use and maintenance of troop and patrol equipment;

Keep the troop trailer and shed organized and, helped by his Assistant Scoutmaster collaborator, load the trailer with all necessary equipment and gear before outings such as car camping, camporee, summer camp...;

Make sure that someone will assume my responsibilities if I am unable to attend a meeting;

Attend, be on time and ready for meetings and Troop activities, and tell the Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) as soon as I know that I can’t make a meeting or event;

Help other scouts whenever possible and be especially supportive of younger and less experienced scouts;

Wear the proper uniform at Troop meetings and events;

Have fun and help other scouts have fun too!

Set an appointment with the Scoutmaster when nearing the end of my tenure as Quartermaster to review my success in meeting the commitments set forth in this position contract.
